Q:   How do I login and register so I can buy merchandise?
A:   Before you can begin the ordering process, you must sign in as a returning customer or, if you are a new customer, you must set up your account. From the Sign In page click on the Create a New Account button and follow the instructions to complete your account profile. Please make a note of your password and secret question.

Q:   Why do I have to register when placing an order?
A:   This saves your user profile in the database and allows you to check the status of your orders and view your order history. It also saves you from having to re-enter this information when you return to do more shopping. This feature is common on most e-commerce sites. Your credit card information is never saved.

Q:   How does the shopping cart work?

A:   Just as in a physical store, your Shopping Cart holds items until you are ready to check out. From the Shopping Cart you can:

  • Continue shopping - You can always continue shopping as long as you havent submitted your order on the final checkout page. To continue shopping simply click on any category in the top navigation bar.
  • View your order at any time by clicking on the View Order button at the top of the page
  • Delete items from your shopping cart or change the quantity you are ordering from the View Order page
  • Proceed to Checkout

Q:   I registered but forgot my password, what do I do?
A:   If you have forgotten your password, click on Sign In and then click I Forgot My Password. If you have not established a secret question, click no and then fill out the form with the email address that you registered with and you will be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password. At that time you can establish your secret question. If you have established a secret question, click yes and you will be prompted for your question and your answer. Once you answer those correctly, you can then reset your password.

Q:   How do I check the status of my order online?
A:   Please note that an order confirmation will automatically be emailed to you once you have submitted your order. A shipping notice will also be automatically emailed to you once your order has shipped which will include tracking information

You may click on the "My Account" button on the top navigation bar. On the next page Click on "Order History". From the list of orders, click on "View Status of Order" for the specific order you are inquiring about and your order confirmation page will open. The current status is listed directly under each item on the confirmation page. The status will be one of the following:

  1. Ordered.
    Orders are received by our fulfillment distribution center as soon as you submit them. Your order will ship within 48 hours. If you notice an error in your order, please email customer service at circlebstore@bluegrassltd.com with your order number and they will assist you. You may also contact customer service by calling 866-626-1591 Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding holidays
  2. Shipped.
    Your order has been shipped. You should have received an automatic shipping notice via email that includes the tracking number for your order.

Q:   What is your return policy?
A:   Bluegrass guarantees satisfaction on all products shipped to our clients. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact customer service to receive an RA number (Return Authorization). We will gladly issue a refund or assist you with an exchange once we receive the product back from you.

Q:   After placing an order, may I change or cancel it?
A:   Once an order has been submitted, you will not be able to edit or cancel it. Please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Q:   Are all my transactions secured and safe?
A:   We appreciate your concern about putting your credit card over the Internet. We are committed to making the Internet a safe and fun place to shop. Given the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology employed by our site, doing business on line with us is very safe. Every transaction conducted is encrypted for privacy.

It is also important to note that credit card companies are very supportive of business on the Internet. Should your card be used fraudulently, credit card companies will investigate, and most likely the internet company will be charged, not the customer. Furthermore, we are committed to fighting credit card fraud, as our future depends on it.

Q:   Where is the merchandise shipped from?
A:   All orders placed on the online store are fulfilled and shipped from Denver, Colorado.

Q:   How long does it take to receive my order?
A:   Delivery time is based on shipping method selected. Please allow 48 hours to process the order.

Q:   Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A:   Our freight carriers are unable to deliver packages to a P.O. Box.

Q:   What credit cards do you accept?
A:   We accept AMEX, Visa and MasterCard.

Q:   Is the online store merchandise available in any other currency besides U.S. dollars?
A:   All prices displayed are in U.S. dollars only. Please contact your credit card company for current exchange rates.

Q: How do I use a Gift Certificate?
A:   When ready, click Checkout located at the top of the screen. On the first checkout screen enter your G.C. # in the box specified. Click Apply and then click Next to complete the checkout process. If you have more than one certificate, you will need to enter each one separately.

If your order total is less than the value of your certificate, the remaining balance will be available for future orders. If your order total is more than the value of your certificate, you may pay the balance with a credit card.
